As part of the project to restore and reopen to the public the ruins of the castle of St-Aubin-du-Cormier, the Department of Ille-et-Vilaine called on YuSit to create a concept for a free route through the heart of the remains . Adapted to a wide audience, it will offer several themes and reading levels, allowing everyone to discover the historical and natural heritage of St-Aubin at their own pace and according to their desires.

The aim is to welcome the public as soon as they arrive at the lower courtyard with a system allowing them to understand the castle's architectural ensemble before entering it. The program is built on a path which leads from the castle (in the heart of the ruins, then around) to its immediate environment (pond, second enclosure, forest, valley, wash house).
In order to give the public the necessary keys to understanding, our team writes all the content (based on data from archaeological excavations and archive research) and creates original illustrations to enhance the subject in an educational and aesthetic manner.

Following the establishment of an artistic and didactic journey to highlight its rich heritage, the town of Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier entrusted YuSit with the task of designing the mediation content of the Belvédère site, complementary of those offered at the adjoining castle.

The first challenge of this project was to highlight the historic/archaeological built heritage of the commune, and that of the remarkable natural heritage of the territory: the belvedere thus offers the public a long thematic frieze linked to the panorama it offers to the visitor.

Two reading levels, translations and new illustrations allow the visitor to immerse themselves in the small and big history of this place rich in anecdotes!

As part of the educational and tourist development project for the Sensitive Natural Space of the Lande-Forêt pond, YuSit, in collaboration with Muséscène, has imagined a route allowing different audiences to discover the fauna and flora richness of the places. .

Combining desks that are both aesthetic and educational, original discovery devices, sculpted totems, or even plant weaving... the course immerses the public in the heart of the atmosphere of the natural site, awakening all their senses and their brains!

The creation of these inventive and original devices, beyond giving meaning to the crossing of a site hosting such biodiversity, provokes reflection in the visitor and makes him experience emotions.

The "prepare" tab helps you plan your walk: timetables and prices for museums and monuments, advice on visits and educational materials to make your visit both fun and enriching.

For this first part dedicated to the city of Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray, choose one of the routes from the "visit" tab and discover unmissable or hidden places through anecdotes and historical focuses adapted to the ages of each .

Part of the content of this application was produced by the students of Madame Rivière's CM1-CM2 class from the Henri Wallon school in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray.

For the 8th edition of "Pierres en Lumières" evenment, the Villa Montebello Museum called upon YuSit to create an edutainment system and to participate in the animation of the place during the whole evening of this festival of Norman heritage.

In order to appeal to a large public, we chose to highlight the famous bathing costume, which was popular with bathers long before the invention of the bikini. The application allows young and old to take a picture of themselves in an old bathing costume, send it to their friends, and learn more about the history of beach fashion and the golden age of Trouville-sur-Mer, then called The Queen of the Beaches.

The YuSit team also participated in the animation of this evening of festivities in the museum on October 3, 2020.

The Prambanan Religious Complex (Java, Indonesia), a UNESCO World Heritage site, is considered as the largest Shivaite complex in Indonesia and the second largest in Southeast Asia. However, a visit to this site lacked the information needed to fully understand its history and the issues involved in its conservation.

Starting from the observation that many agents of the Territorial Public Service remain affected by illectronism or illiteracy, the diagnosis remains complex, and the subject, taboo.
The working question was: Using digital technology, how to support illiterate workers in the development of basic skills?

In a working team made up of members of the city of Rouen, illiteracy specialists, and members of the CNFPT, YuSit members participated in the reflection, while bringing their expert eye to the new technologies and their application. with specific audiences.

The joint process of reflection led to the realization of the prototype of a training support application, both in work situations and for the accomplishment of daily tasks.

Heritage, and especially the archaeological heritage, represents the common past of a territory and, since its knowledge and its understanding lead to its preservation, they must be shared by all.

Created in January 2014, the archaeological alternative association's main mission is to develop valorization, mediation and training actions, in order to allow everyone to embrace their cultural wealth. In 5 years, more than 1000 children of all ages were made aware of this subject by the association, intervening in schools, specialized centers, hospitals, leisure centers...

Our team has redesigned the visual identity of the association, developed a more attractive website and redesigned and graphed the presentation brochure of its various educational workshops.

In June 2019 at Martainville castle, the Fair of Trades and Heritage invited the 4th edition of the Meeting of Culture and Heritage, whose theme was "heritage and digital".

In front of a diverse public mixing experts, students, associative actors and neophytes, our team participated in the round table discussing about the place of the digital technologies in a mediation strategy. Citing the opportunities offered by new technologies in mediation, we also wanted to point out the constraints inherent in the implementation of such projects. Exchanges continued in the afternoon around our stand.

The Abu Dhabi International Heritage Middle East show, which welcomes more than 100 cultural institutions from around the world, is a unique opportunity to highlight the museology of tomorrow. It is in this context that Mr. Luc Piralla (Deputy Director of the Louvre-Lens Museum), Ms. Wafaa Maadnous (Directress of Louvre Lens Valley) and Ms. Claire Delalande (Managing Directress of YuSit) addressed the public in a joint conference.

Inaugurated in December 2012, the Louvre-Lens Museum is located in the heart of the former mining area of ​​Nord-Pas de Calais, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The digital travel agency Hodos appealed to YuSit to think of an innovative device for online sales of privatized trips. The Travel Theory website allows users to personalize the trips according to their needs and buy them directly online, without having to go through a quote request.

In addition to this innovative concept of real-time data adjustment, The Travel Theory offers freedom to choose with whom, when and how to leave, allowing everyone to access quality cultural journeys, while freeing themselves mass tourism.

Aware that respect for the world's cultures and heritage begins with its discovery and understanding, the Hodos agency has also partnered with YuSit to provide quality cultural content to its "discoverers": UNESCO-certified applications by YuSit are thus graciously put at their disposal.

Cultural structures have a constant need to know their audiences in order to cater better to their expectations and needs, and also to cope with the new challenges of cultural practices. However, they do not have human or financial ressources to conduct in-depth studies on the long term. The public, on their side, yearn for more interaction and engagement with the structures. They are looking for experiences and participation.

By collaborating with the teams of the 8 museums of the "RMM Rouen Normandie", the YuSit team invented the Club to cater to these needs and to prepare cultural structures to tackle the challenges ahead . The web platform thus created is equipped with the functionalities of a website, a loyalty program, a CRM, a generator of online surveys, and especially a real time public observatory.

With "Le Club", the cultural structures finally have a real steering tool enabling them to directly measure the impact of their programmes and benefit from the performance indicators to conduct a powerful communication campaign and a more effective public policy.

The aim of the European Interreg MMIAH project is to valorize the Atlantic coast's urban coastline through the renewal and rejuvenation of disused MMI heritage assets (Maritime, Military and Industrial). This should facilitate their social use and generate value-added activities to promote cultural tourism. The project brings together partners from 5 countries (France, Spain, England, Ireland and Portugal), including the Metropolis of Caen.

The study work done by YuSit corresponded to phase 4 of the project. Its objective was to widen the knowledge of the metropolitan territory and to rediscover its history under the prism of the socio-economic impacts and the still visible traces of its MMI heritage. An evaluation of these heritage entities has contributed to identify the properties which have a remarkable potential for cultural and tourist enhancement.

The heritage and tourism enhancement project that will emerge from this study has already been published and will be presented in international fairs such as World Travel Market (London), FITUR (Madrid) and the Paris Tourism Fair.

For this new edition of “The Visitors Room”, the 8 museums of the Réunion des Musées Métropolitains invited the public to choose their favorite works and participate in the setting up of the exhibition. Two ways of voting were proposed: via interactive kiosks presenting the 77 works (available in each museum) or via the website of the operation to see the works in high definition. The public could win places for the inauguration evening, participate in the exhibition, visit the museum reserves, learn how to write a cartel ... 'Living Heritage' 2017 is a two-day event to showcase and promote the heritage of Colombo which is at risk of being lost to the development of the capital city.

For 3 years, a workshop of UMR 8164 Halma organized in collaboration with universities and other institutions in Villeneuve d'Ascq, Amiens, Beauvais, Reims, Caen and Tours, devoted itself to the fortified cities of the late Antiquity of north of Gaul.

Following these exchanges, it seemed appropriate to bring together in one volume the essential elements of the best-known urban fortifications, and especially those which have been the subject of studies, archaeological interventions or recent observations.

Members from archaeological services, community services, the CNRS and the universities of Reims, Caen or Tours, participate in the development of this book (thirty contributors).
In connection with the DRAC Hauts-de-France, the YuSit team is proud to participate in the writing of this scientific publication that brings a new light on these works of the late antiquity of northern Gaul!

Each exhibition traces a part of Picasso’s life in Normandy (France):

- The Fine Arts Museum hosts the "Boisgeloup exhibition": Picasso's Norman Workshop.

- The Ceramic Museum houses Picasso's ceramic sculptures.

- The Secq des Tournelles Museum showcases "González / Picasso: an iron friendship".

Our team has been invited to this round table to discuss, as experts, the potential actions available to cultural actors in the face of current challenges around the territory attractiveness and the arrival of NICTs.

Through various examples, we talked about the pitfalls to avoid when digital technologies are at the heart of cultural projects, while insisting on good practices to implement.
This intervention was also an opportunity to point out multidisciplinary skills which are needed to respond to new public usages.
